Once our team contacts you, we shall seek a minimum of the following documents apart from some other information(s):

• Institutional registration proof
• List of courses and trainers
• Quality policy and manuals
• Infrastructure and facilities details
• Recent annual report or brochure

• Response to Application : 04-10 working days
• Final Review & Evaluation : 15–30 working days
• Feedback & Clarifications : within 10 days post-evaluation

BETA operates as a nonprofit; accreditation fee covers only evaluation, certification and maintenance expenses.

1. Application & Accreditation Fee : USD 150 (one-time only)
2. Renewal Fee : USD 100 (every year)

Once an institution or training provider successfully completes the evaluation and approval process, the Bureau for Education & Training Accreditation (BETA) issues the following:

1. 🏅 Accreditation Membership Certificate
   An official certificate recognizing the institution as a BETA-accredited member for a validity period of one (1) year.
    
2. 🔢 Accreditation Registration Number
   A unique registration number assigned to each accredited organization for verification and listing in the BETA Accredited Institutions Directory.
    
3. 🌐 BETA Logo (Digital Use)
   A high-resolution version of the official BETA logo, authorized only for display on the institution’s website, email signature, and promotional materials that reference the accreditation status.
   Unauthorized reproduction or modification of the logo is strictly prohibited.
    
4. 🕊️ BETA Seal (Certificate Use)
   A digital seal authorized solely for inclusion on learner certificates, diplomas, and transcripts issued under BETA-accredited courses.
   The seal must not be used on unrelated documents or non-accredited programs.
